About the community
Monument Hills is a residential community taking shape on the hillside above Victory Park in Yerevan, beside the Mother Armenia monument that gives the district its name.
The scheme is planned as five buildings: A, B and C are sold, and D and E continue the block, closing it around a shared courtyard.
